2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site.

3. Products and Descriptions

We strive to describe our products accurately, including specifications like LED count, wavelength, and operating modes. However:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly from images due to display settings or manufacturing tolerances.
  • LuminHair products are wellness devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about hair health have not been evaluated by the FDA. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
  • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have concerns about photosensitivity, consult a physician before use.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment processors.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is declined.

8. Intended Use and Safety

The LuminHair cap is a corded, USB-powered device intended for external, topical use on the scalp following the included instructions. Do not use if you have an active skin condition, open wound, or active cancer in the treatment area, or without consulting a doctor if you are on medication that increases photosensitivity. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience irritation, discomfort, or adverse effects.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the LuminHair name and branding — is the property of LuminHair or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent reviews).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuminHair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence (including the United States) require otherwise. (Note: as a non-US business selling to US consumers, you're not required to use US state law here — many EU-based sellers keep their home-country law for simplicity. Just be aware some US state consumer-protection statutes may still apply to US buyers regardless of what this clause says, since consumer protection rights generally can't be signed away. If you'd rather make things feel more familiar to US shoppers, you can instead pick a US state — but you'd want a real operational or contractual nexus there, not just a preference.)
